I just don't want a Carl Icahn to come in and bully our guys. They said the proxy will address the board of directors, cleaning up debt and recently discounts we can receive. So basically someone is going to offer some money for a board seat and probably be a strategic partner more than anything. This is all opinion. I just want to see what our sacrifice is
