Point to see here is IF the PROXY has anything to do
with these 150M NTGL shares its going to have to wait
until the NTGL audit is done and those shares actually
get REGISTERED.

Seeing this I'm less inclined to believe the proxy is
about these NTGL shares and something else is
going on about how NTEK plans to eliminate its
Convertible debt thru the proxy.
