This is the reason I believe the SEC isn't going to touch Hjoe. I'm sure in private they haev exonerated themselves by no fault of their own and liable is clear by the fact the SEC is taking Johnson to court. I'm sure the SEC also knows who their new auditor is in order for them to be satisfied they will follow through with the audit.
