There is no such thing as 747-200D....D does not stand for Dedicated...it's spare parts.
The N706BL is a 747-251B B stands for Passenger. It's the floor configuration that calls out the desingation of the aircraft type. F stands for Freighter. C stands for Convertible, which wasn't very popular with the customers only 13 of them were made, and it's not N706BL, so not a lot of them were made, and M is mixed, which is configured with a nose loading door.
It has NOTHING to do with the landing gear.
