By stating a lie, "revealed that Cellceutix misrepresented the efficacy," Rosen has libeled the company, pure and simple. Rosen has liability in this. I hope that everyone will email Leo and ask him to pursue them with teeth and fangs, rather than letting this drop. I want Rosen to pay our legal fees AND reparations to the company.

I plan to email and call CTIX, and think that a groundswell of support from shareholders to continue this action would be very effective.
