I like that mine and it's location. I'd check it first with a seizmic monitor.
If OK I'd bring a backhoe in and open the front up.
Set a sleuth up slightly down hill and draw the sleuth water directly from the mine. With these new portable drillers you can run a horz pipe slightly up hill and kill 2 birds with one pipe.
