Steel, the NTGL payout is NOT actually a dividend but considered a distribution. There is a huge difference therefore as a distrubution there are no constraints on the $$ figure you can receive.
When the whole NTGL spinoff was announced early 2015, I had many EM exchanges with Lorraine Cullivan, & IR as to the payout percentages.
I was not getting a clear answer until I emailed David Foley (Feb 2015) and he explained the NTGL payout was NOT a dividend but considered a distribution.
Relax everyone you will receive your NTGL share "distribution" and when they hit your account, I would hold on to them as the naked short position in NTGL is even greater than that of NTEK. Huge huge upside, ask Alan
