There must be a reason behind today's Q1 filing and PR (for it to come on a Friday a typically slow day of trading).  I sense another PR next week with a material update.  My guess is that Dwyer wanted the Q1 results, PR and the fact that the company has converted debt into substancial capital in Q2 to really sink in this weekend and get folks talking about BCAP.  A PR with positive news would set the stage for a mini breakout.
