Someone correct me if I'm wrong but it looks like the dealers terms have changed, they used to get free product for the first year in other words they didn't have to pay cash up front to stock the retailers, but now I don't see that anymore, it seems that they indeed have to pay costs associated with stocking their respective dealers. To me this says they are getting an enormous amount of request thru dealer apps, and don't need to give anything away,
