WNC. I like your reasoning. There is one thing that has me chasing my tale to see how the proxy works. All of us who held shares on Feb 6 were told that we would be the recipients of a share distribution. It that is so, what happens to all who have bought shares since Feb 6? Do those shares get no vote? And if S/Hs as of Feb 6 get the vote and if there is a financial ramification to the vote, do only the S/Hs as of Feb 6 share in the benefits (if any) of the vote. Just a lot of questions which won't be answered until the proxy is presented.
