Exactly, which is why when you keep saying there will be a reduction in the OS, it makes no sense. There will be no physical reduction in the OS at the time any reduction in convertible debt takes place. There could however, be less shares put into the OS IN THE FUTURE as a result of the reduction in convertible debt, but that would remain to be seen.
