Yea that actually makes more sense the more I think
about it. So that would probably make it a lot easier
for people to vote YES for the proxy if in fact
NTEK plans on divesting itself of those 150M shares
in exchange for $2.8M in cash.
And NTEK still pays out the NTGL dividend to
shareholders.
