If I remember from my operations days, Flight numbers are usually not sequential but determined by the departure and destination. The return flt with probably be BTL102. This will get really exciting when we see other destinations: BLT716 as long as the 16 represents St. Pete! There's probably FAA guidance that dictates this. They could possibly be sequential in some circumstances.
