That PR may have screwed Rosen's foot to the floor. They flat out said the Mako article was the reason for the suit! Seeking Alpha's TOS has been changed but I believe it used to state something to the effect: "don't rely on what you read here for investment decisions because the authors may be lying about who they are." If anyone here knows how to look up the previous TOS for Seeking Alpha that might be of use to Sullivan if it said what I think it used to. Any Internet ninjas here that can find the old TOS's?
