OTC's is all about getting shares and at a discount hence the "make deal with devil" chit that we know PV was all to easy to do, some came wanting 100 mil of DSUS shares, RIDICULOUS and were told no no no no, do they just go away, NO, the start of where we are now IMO, SET UP when Rice came offering help etc etc etc IMO
