What if all this is a ruse to get the debt holders to blink and bargain? Without the board, the prospects of repayment are nil. With the board back in place, perhaps they can get 10%? Yes, that still is an $800k blow, but, not earth shattering, right?

If you were to set this up as a ruse, wouldn't you want an attack lawyer at the helm to "make the deal" with the other sharks?

Just a thought.

BTW, I still have a few shares as I was not able to dump them above half a cent. and decided to ride this one out with those shares. So, I still have a vested, although not huge, interest in this company.
