I am 99% sure Mike walked away from this before anyone else. I'd doubt he would want anything to do with this stock. I'm sure he got burned just like the rest of us. why in the hell would anyone want to be ceo of a company that is millions in debt and has not merged with anyone. who would pay his salary. he would have to accept shares as payment thus more dilution.
