Lets put the law suit article to bed now. It is very small potatoes and will be resolved shortly. PLEASE NO MORE POSTINGS ON THIS! Following is a quote from reliable source on NTEK private FB page a few hours ago
It's not related to Sony and it's about a payment discrepancy/dispute I'm being told. Essentially NTEK paid X amt and the other company says they owe more. I'm told it will be resolved shortly and had no impact on the business or progress
