no debt, no noteholders & perhaps no one has paid much attention to the share structure(s) of both. Hhmm things that make you say BANK & as previously stated no r/s needed but end result much lower share structure, much higher pps, same portfolio value....that will only increase in value due to no debt, no noteholders & more incoming revenues.
