simply giving up our NTGL shares would send
NTEK stock SOARING a 100% or more right away
so there's no way they would be able to buy back
stock down here in the .007s

Nevertheless what would be great is to BUYBACK
some stock whatever the price and then use the
rest of the $2.8M to get a Killer CONTENT deal
for ULTRAFLIX !
