IR UPDATE-I had several EM exchanges with IR today regarding the proxy, details regarding share structure, and my concerns over a potential R/S. For those of you that have communicated with Dan you know he can be vague and tight lipped.

I may be reading too much into what I think he is trying to say so I am hoping other SH can contact Dan Wong within the next few days for answers and your interpretation as to what Dan is implying regarding the proxy vote as it relates to share structure
