I might add, Tracy, a reverse split isn't always the kiss of death. Most of these pinkshit companies do the RS in order to get their stock price up again in order to sell more shares. The problem is that most don't have the funds or business execution in place to support the share price even after the split. They can either continue that avenue or turn to toxic funding thru convertible debt. That is almost always the death of the underlying company.
That's pretty much what we witnessed with the old TDEY. I still believe a lot of its convertible debt was shorted against, as it is very common in the OTC. Now my theory, which may explain why there are so many shitbags on iScam bashing the stock, is that since all of the toxic debt was cancelled, and IF it was shorted against, then all of a sudden the darkside is looking at having a decent short position which is no longer covered by the toxic debt, therefore naked. Not saying that will result in any type of cover, but it could get interesting if my theory is correct. If the darkside didn't short against the converts, I would be very surprised.
