That may be the case. However, fact is Magna has 7 mil shares @.36 and getting more by the day. Nobody is even talking about Dominion and their shares (I think there is an oversight on the 11/13 prospectus). The point is AMBS owes Magna over $2 mil and they intend to collect it soon as long as there are enough shares to cover. Besides, Magna will be privy to any deal, so what that means is they will want to own a lot of shares before any announcement.
