An OS of just 5.4MM would not offer enough liquidity for the institutional type investor(s) to build large positions. Maybe something more in the 100MM-300MM range would be an eventual target. Once all the ducks are in a row, revs and profits much higher in order to warrant a share price in the .10-.20 area, then a small RS might be in order. Time will tell.
