It looks like the Fall / Winter '15 Line launch is just being announced by Tweet today and that the formal PR will be reserved for the ticker change and perhaps any update on retail big box store plans.
The name change was approved by Wyoming SOS on November 4 so the ticker change approval announcement really could come at any time now.
