I believe NTEK has countered an offer saying they would take a deal with the stipulation that it would happen after Black Friday and Christmas subscriptions sign-ups were announced.
Plus getting UltraFlix on all 4k Platforms.
I believe the investor agreed to this decision.
Because:
NTEK management promised to look after stockholder's Value out of respect for the worth of NTEK'S UltraFlix Technology.
Plus the stock options by management.
