I call BS on the FAA's part! I am getting to be beyond pissed off. I have e-mailed Tony and Baltia to tell them to take action. What have we done wrong to get them to play their game with Baltia?

I know that Emit has send some info to the media on FAA's poor response, and I know that Monroe1 has found the info on GAMA and has e-mailed to GAMA about Baltia's situation.

I can't call Baltia and ask them if they know the actual status of the decision...I don't want to hear "We're just waiting." I want to know if they know who is looking at it and if it's being talked among management. I can't call them because of my hearing loss but do wish someone is taking action.

I don't know if LT is actually doing that. He did say that it was elevated up, but...did he know it was actually the AC 43-208 that was elevated and not the decision on Baltia?
