pissed today, but what I dont understand is how CEO and BOD was lied to and that was not caught at the very beginning, are they telling us that they went into a public trading company on somebody (s) word and did not DD thoroughly with attorneys etc etc, seems like that is kind of important in this big deal transaction taking over company, I dont get that part, ok, you get this person saying this, BUT you still check out with YOUR OWN people making sure it is on the up and up
Just me, but the lied to chit, is cya, and they are at fault also not even doing proper DD on this big transaction and who is actually the ones getting hurt today, THE SHAREHOLDER while they just walk away
