speaking of alignments ..
PTOI's pps *reset* for a new 52 week low yesterday on a 2000 *trade* (0411)
ARCA was noted by me on 10.12.15 .. which is why ATS Dark Pool data
released (reported to) by Finra as of Monday .. for 10.12.15 *showed*
my documentation done in RT (real time) 4 weeks earlier to be true ..
ARCA was *replaced* yesterday by ATDF .. who UC the ask on PTOI @ open
for *first* round this morning
this is the back half of the month .. *crooks* count on retail being both clueless
and impatient .. to not note change outs .. over weeks and months and years
crooks have failed to generate *legit* sales of PTOI stock of significance
which will continue to present issues .. as long as that remains status quo
note to self: ATDF was utilized @ 06c (both bid and ask) for resets .. a few months back
this set up (most recent round) on PTOI was undertaken *early* re: EOY
back in August
but the actual *original* set up .. was in August 2013 when it was publicly known
that JB and RH had wrested back control of P2O
which is why 35c .. *then* was taken to
volume matters .. in P2O's case .. very little tends to be real ..
and since Gilardi's *bank* has yet to actually sell any of that 3M block (12,500
daily for 240 business days) it's been interesting to watch how *handled* by
those who do manipulate OTC stox .. in a nutshell .. hands tipped as to how
*handled* when actually sold
as i've noted many X b4 .. they took PTOI *too low* .. leaving them with only
one option .. the unrelenting *low volume* take DOWN via resets
which is why PPS is artificially held in a rigid *range* of resets
