Jerry would own at least 306,000,000 shares since he would have 51% of the total shares outstanding.
He needs at least 51% of whatever is available so nobody else can take control.
BTW, all this bickering over Crawford is some really dumb shit. Stuff like this is what turns me off from coming here. I want to see some news and ideas to help improve the company, not what he said she said crap.
