If the ceo is anything like those board members, we are in for some surprise!! Since Q4 will have no burned leftovers from prior management, it is all Oak River and could really be an OTCQX if under .01.

I wouldn't be surprised a new CEO wont be announced until the full transformation has been completed. Finra is the last step short of an official SEC registration filing.
