Two thoughts:
1. NTEK buyback (doubtful)
2. Clear Memories divested from NTEK and original shares issued for acquisition were returned to treasury. This was noted in the qtrly financial disclosure. I have been trying to find the original disclosure on the acquisition to verify the number of shares in that transaction but to no avail.
