I agree. They are horrible. They have no problem destroying companies for profit. They could do things differently, but choose the most destructive way imaginable. Companies need to know what they are getting into by doing deals with Magna. Investors need to know what they are getting into when their company does a deal with them as well. They have zero interest in seeing the company succeed.
