New here to investing and TDEY and have a few questions.

Ok, If I was a shareholder of TDEY and from the information I have gathered so far there is a name and ticker change coming. What happens to all the current / previous shareholders shares of TDEY?

So if I had 1 million shares at .0004 after the ticker change for TDEY will I still have 1 million shares at .0004?
