We could, but what's the point. It is their business model, there is no deception on their part. It's obvious that we signed a deal with the devil knowing full well what it could do to the company. To enter into an agreement like this has got to be an absolute last resort, which clearly doesn't bode well for us. They would probably just say that without their money we would already be bankrupt, and for all we know, that's probably the truth.
