I grant you that Peter was a failed CEO and likely resorted to less than ethical and perhaps even illegal means to try an get his company of the ground. However, I completely disagree that the management of DSUS had anything to do with Peter's shenanigans. I believe they were handed a very mixed bag that they thought they were going to be able to use to raise capital for operations expansion. As that didn't work out, they are redressing the situation. Will we be ecstatic with the results? I doubt it. I would suspect the Series C shares redemption value is probably going to take a major hit. What that may be is anyone's guess.

BTW, I find it very telling of your scruples to come to this board and state what you did. only bottom feeding urchins would stoop so low.

On that note, I am glad you left.
