It doesn't look like they care if they kill it or not. I can't believe this is even legal or people sign these kinds deals. Either Gerald had no clue what he was signing or he knew he was taking this kind of risk. Crazy to think our market cap is as low as it is and can potentially go much lower. What happened to the tax credit? Why cant we sell it or whatever? Maybe they need a GoFundMe account or go on Shark Tank or something!! This is terrible.
