I expect a JULY type rally soon. Reason is if you look
at the chart action from late June to July 20 before
the stock took off is almost Identical to the action
from late OCT until now.
I think the MM's are letting BIG MONEY accumulate
and I'm speculating the RALLY will commence
somewhere close to Black Friday when NTEK
should be ready to release some significant PRs
