Looks like they had a price target to smack it down to the 30 minutes of the day, may have cleared out a stop loss or 2.
Just your typical manipulation. I guess they have no fear in the fact that CTIX is probably being monitored very closely by the SEC at this point. I hope when they are hauling them in to court we get to see their poster names from the board... I know a few I will expect to see!
