18M accummulated so far today mostly at .0017 / .0018. It would probably have got to .0019 if those wanting in or more had hit the ask instead of bidding .0017.
The .0017 got bid whacked by the few flippers who have been playing the .0015>.0018 channel for the last several trading periods.
The .0018s have been thinned out since the last time any significant amount was picked up at .0015.
It is possible that we could see a .0020 breakout at any time if we get a few more buys in a row like the 3.14M at .0018 at 14:26:30.
