To my knowledge....no, not from H/C. All I do know of that did happen was the permitting from Lakeshore which OK'd the site based on the permitting processes. With H / C........I think the issue became moot when they denied the primary License for 20 N. Rear rd. I could be wrong on that as so much has been done, and some things not followed up on, or completed.......it get's confusing for an old fart like me.
Also, it was not a processing /grow facility for MMJ I don't think. If I recall it was a hemp thing. Again, I could be wrong. Big A may have the answer which would be more accurate on that, or , someone else may have the better answers. GLTA
