as far as predictions go i am willing to make one.

i believe based on my conversations with mike over facebook last week that the toxic lender has been taken care of and the deal with GHS was completed last week on thursday or friday.

so given that they have 5 days to file an 8k i am predicting that we will see it tomorrow or thursday.
