Because the interests that those folks represent will profit greatly if NTEK fails.
They believe that no stock on the OTC market has any real value. Welcome to the pinks.....
The philosophy is that there is more money in shorting the stock into bankruptcy so they won't have to cover their short positions.
Therefore you spread as much negative information as you can, often to the point of absurdity, in an attempt to discourage new investment and to help keep the stock price suppressed.
In NTEKs case, if you do the proper DD you will probably discover that the company is a viable enterprise with huge potential on the upside (imho)
Guess you just have to do your research from whatever sources you chose and make your own call if this investment is correct for you. Spend 5 minutes going thru the posts on that sight and I think the answers will be obvious.
