I am just dumbfounded as to how we got to this point. It was only months ago that Gerald said we were in the best financial position we had ever been in. Who advised him to go this route? If there is a "strategic transaction" how does that stop the toxic financers from continuing to control us and dilute us? Also, that is suppossed to happen within the next 6 weeks. If it can end this death spiral why wouldnt it be announced as soon as it happens? Every week is torture for longs. We have 3 carrots dangled...transaction this quarter, china, JP Morgan. Are they all linked? Separate?
