I believe HC is not the problem but the Harper government WAS. With him gone it's a no brainer that we begin to produce IMO.

As for Lakeshore, Bain is obviously your typical small town mayor that someone was able to get in their pocket. He can't hold the company back anymore and has likely already buckled under the pressure.

IMO deals have been done and we will see very good news soon.
