The new CEO and leadership team did not announce any intention to R/S. They have said very little to date. I think we can all expect more over the next two weeks as they did say they will update Jimi Hendrix within a couple of weeks.

The online website will only drive a small portion of revenues for GRCU moving forward. Unless they find a way to get it out to mainstream, investors will be the ones looking and knowing where to look for the products. GRCU/inStep needs to make a concerted effort to market their website as well.

The Hendrix products are more intriguing to me than the allcbd products. Like TCHZ, which took off with their drink line, GRCU has that opportunity as well. Where we have the advantage is, we are current with our filings. THCZ had the stop sign, overcame it and went on a .20c plus rampage.

There is that opportunity here as well if they follow through with the Hendrix line.
