There will be no communication til the investigation is complete. Companies are always asked to remain silent till the investigation is complete. Any hype/bashing causes facts to get distorted and makes it harder to sort fact from fiction. When there's a cross filing the default will be rescinded or set aside.
An Attorney can't argue a case if the company doesn't know what happened.
The Judge and COR know that. That's why COR ram rodded the case and the Judge refused receivership.

There's an additional problem that arises when the assets of the supposed debtor are double the claim. But I'm not going into that now.
