SFRX lenders, along with the company, have created boogie men. They blame posters, or the state, or their partners, or whomever for their failures.
Debt notes with HUGE discounts is why the stock price has dropped over the years. Heck, the company even discloses that in the PR's.
The lender you are referencing wasn't even aware companies file registration statements to sell shares to fund operations.
Hopefully Judge Stephens will see just how full of CRAP SFRX is.
