Companies post earnings reports after market close all the time. Guess some of us just don't want slander on here if it's not confirmed. The good speculation can be rooted in fact, like someone may indeed have told Dadon that the quarterly would be posted on the 16th. If they fail to produce a report by the deadline, dadon didn't lie about it, and maybe whoever told him didn't knowingly lie to dadon either. Shit happens. If it could be shown that they knew in advance that the report would be late and still said it would be on time, then that for sure would constitute a lie. No such thing has occurred that we know of, so please, give the man a break.
