Why in the world would you think the "deal could be off".....??
Other than bs bashers and typical scare em posts with NO VERIFIABLE LINKS ATTACHED.....(such as the 8K and 10Q have)....
Until verifiable info comes to KILL THIS.....I SEE A SEC FILING .....
Who alerts the SEC to their own scam...if it is one???
